No. Open your book's link in Safari (iPhone, iPad) or Chrome (Android) and choose Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen, like an app.

Yes. Once your book has been opened online, every page, picture and stop is saved on the phone. Only the Google Maps links need a connection.

Yes. Send the same link to every phone; each one asks for the book's password once.

Kids from about 4 to 12 love collecting the coins; parents use it as the trip plan. Teens tend to enjoy the level select and the score at the end.

Add your days and stops (or paste the plans you already have and let us fill them in), pick an art style, choose a password, and you get a private link to your book.

Yes, as often as you like, using your private edit link. Every phone with the book gets the update the next time it's opened. Your kids' coins are kept.

Yes. Our guides include ready-made New York itineraries you can turn into a book and then make your own.

For now, yes. The illustrations are of New York City.

Only people with your book's password. The book is encrypted on your device before it reaches us, so not even we can read your plans.

No, and that's on purpose: we never see your password, so we can't recover it. If a phone still has the book open, you can keep using it. Otherwise make a new book (pasting your plans makes that quick) and email hello@mynytrip.com with your old book's link so we can sort out the payment.

If you asked us to email your links, search your inbox for “My NY Trip”. Otherwise, email hello@mynytrip.com from the address you paid with and we'll help.

Yes. Email hello@mynytrip.com with your book's link. Books are also deleted automatically 12 months after their last change.

One payment per trip, no subscription. See pricing for the current price.

You can make and try your whole book first. It shows a small PREVIEW tag until it's paid for.

Because you can see and use your whole book before paying, sales are final. If something doesn't work as described, email hello@mynytrip.com and we'll fix it or refund you. See the terms.
